The distinctive curved triangular apartment blocks around the port can be seen from all around the area. Within these blocks are some excellent restaurants, most of them directly on the waterfront. Along the main road to the east of the port lies Villeneuve Loubet Plage. This beach road is lined with supermarkets, fast food restaurants, discount wine, and discount clothing stores.
